It’s about more than participating in Twitter and Facebook. Learn how such tools and networks represent a shift in thinking that can benefit all your communications.

Tailored Planning for Polished Communications

New approaches are great, but they are not one size fits all. Use our “snuff test” to consider which tactics fit your organization, and gain resources for practical communications planning.

Building Community

People may be at the heart of your mission, and at the very least, they are a key part of your success. Discover why community building is an opportunity for non-profits, and learn how new tools make it easier and more effective.

Putting it into Practice (over 2 sessions)
